ESTRELA jewellery is being sold and shipped worldwide. Prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
Shipping fees and times
Orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days (or as otherwise specified) following your purchase via Canada Post Expedited mail service (max 2 days) with tracking and delivery confirmation.
We offer free accelerated domestic shipping (max 2 days) anywhere across Canada with any purchase of $100 or more.
Any other Canadian orders will be charged a standard $12 shipping fee.

International orders will be charged a 15$ shipping fee.
Track your package
You can follow your package via the Canada Post website by using the tracking number provided in the email we send to you once your package leaves our shop.
Shipping to a third party
We will gladly ship your package to a third party anywhere across Canada. Simply enter the third party’s address as the shipping address. The shipping fees required for delivery to that province will be applied. You will need to complete a separate order form for each shipping address.
You haven’t received your package?
If you haven’t received your package on the date you were supposed to, please contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com and be sure to mention your order number.
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your ESTRELA jewelry, you can return any regular priced merchandise (with the exception of sale items which are final sale) that has not been worn, in its original package with the original labels and tags, within 14 business days from the date you received your package.

For your protection, please use a well-padded box or envelope and a traceable carrier and include a copy of the invoice you received by email. ESTRELA is not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping. Please note that all return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
Once we receive your package at our shop in its original condition, the price of the product will be fully refunded along with applicable taxes. The amount will be refunded through the same payment method you used to make the purchase.
Please note that an ESTRELA item purchased from a merchant cannot be returned to ESTRELA by mail directly and vice versa. Unwanted items must be returned to the same merchant where it was bought. Returns and exchanges are then subject to the return policy of the merchant.
